Welcome to Flip Flop Gear's on-line catalog of officially licensed promotional merchandise.
There are three ways to place an order through the program administrator, Jacksonville Specialty Advertising (JSA), a full service promotional products distributor in Jacksonville, Florida:
1. Individuals may order on-line using a Visa or Mastercard credit cards, or Visa debit cards. You will be charged upfront. Shipping & Handling will charged to your credit card upon shipment. Shipping is additional to the online price.
Please estimate $100 - $130 for each Package 1, 2 or 3.
2. Individuals can use the on-line catalog to locate items for purchase and then call JSA's dedicated customer service representatives toll free at 1-800-446-7204 x114, or 904-398-7072 x118. Orders can be faxed to 904-398-8607. Representatives are available from 8:30am (EST) until 6:00pm (EST)
All on-line orders will be acknowledged automatically to your work e-mail address.
USING THE SHOPPING CART: The on-line catalog is simple to use. Like most shopping cart programs, you are given the opportunity to sort on categories or key words. The items can be viewed larger and in more detail along with price information and descriptions. When making a selection, you simply add to the cart. Your order is summarized with shipping costs in the order form. And, you are able to add and delete items before finalizing your order.
You have two initial categories to select from: “Packages” and “Flip Flop Gear.”
Packages are to be purchased as part of your start up. There are 3 sizes to choose from. Each package lists the quantities of each item that is included. You may increase an individual item by selecting from the options listed below the packages in the same category – they can be added onto the package (ie. Package 1 includes 150 Flip Flop Key Tags – you may increase that to 200 by ordering 50 of Item #FF-KEYTAG1). Shipping is additional to the package price and will vary according to location. Please estimate between $100 and $130 for total shipping when ordering a package. Add-on items will increase shipping costs. Shipping outside the continental US will also incur additional shipping charges. We are happy to provide an estimate upon request.
Flip Flop Gear can be purchased after your initial package is purchased. These are products that you can use throughout the year to promote your store! Ask us about customizing with your phone number, store address, or website address!
DELIVERY: Each promotional product is made to order at several different factories, there is no inventory. Your order will be delivered via UPS Ground from each factory unless you specify otherwise. Please allow 3 weeks delivery for packages and individual item orders. If you have an event date, please indicate the date needed in the “Additional Information” box provided during check out. We will try to meet your delivery and will contact you to verify whether expedited shipping or rush charges will be necessary. We will not proceed without your approval.
CUSTOM ORDERS: If you cannot find what you are looking for in the on-line catalog, consider placing a custom order. JSA represents thousands of manufacturers and products and can be your source for items that are not currently in the catalog program.
